Second Day In Iowa
Yesterday, I had another great day in Iowa. But the bad part was that I had to go to the doctors. There was in the chalkboard in the doctor's office and I got to write math problems while mom talked to Dr. Fergeson. I did a lot of them, and I only got one wrong! They gave me scratch art, it's when you scratch on the paper and wherever you scratch it changes colors! Then we went down to the cafeteria, I was starving because the appointment took forever. We finally left the hospital and checked in to our new hotel. After we unpacked, we went swimming. There's a 100 ft. water slide but it wasn't opened, we had the pool to ourselves. After swimming, we went shopping to Barnes and Noble and I got a book about Albert Einstein and Scratch Art! We went to Chili's to eat dinner, we ordered a desert to go called Molten Cookie Mountain. We went back to our hotel to celebrate a holiday called ROSH HASHANAH (the Jewish New Year)! We said prayers and then we dipped apples into honey, and we ate the Molten Cookie Mountain. We both were stuffed with lots food because I have to have a PET Scan but even my mom is fasting too! ANd I hope we don't get hungry and after the scan, we are going to eat everything! And we had a fun day in Iowa!
