Spinning Lightbulb Toy

A few days ago, Izzy got a new toy and it looks like a lightbulb except it isn't and when you spin the bottom of the toy on the floor, it spins when you lay it on the ground! But when you put the bottom part of the toy on the floor, it spins on the bottom part! That is such a cool toy!
